My Big Day Out
Today has been a great day. I woke up early and had cereal. I played at Granny and Harold's this morning. Then mommy and daddy went walking. When they got back they went to the grocery store and got stuff to make sandwiches. Mommy, Daddy, and Granny had sandwiches for lunch while I napped. I didn't sleep much last night because my gums were hurting, and when I don't sleep neither does mommy; but she's been a trooper today. She is running on very little sleep and she has a migraine on top of that. Mommy decided she needed fresh air today and since it was 66 degrees outside she said it was perfect weather to take me to the park. So we loaded up and daddy drove us to the park. Crazy mommy forgot the camera. It was my first trip to the park and we have NO pictures. Oh she is just as upset as I am...do you really think I'm gonna remember this years from now...NO. That's why I need pictures. Oh well maybe we can re-create the moment another time. Back to the point. We walked around the park once, then daddy was gonna push me and mommy on the swings, but in the original part of the park there aren't any swings now; and mommy said there were too many kids at the Kids Castle for me to go over there. Bummer. So anyway I decided since I couldn't swing that I would just nap. Since I feel asleep mommy and daddy decided to walk a bit further. After they got their feel for walking we came home. Daddy picked a movie for mommy from Netflix so we all piled in the bed and watched Julie and Julia. Oh mommies and their girly movies. I guess mommy should enjoy me watching that with her now because once I get older I WILL NOT BE FORCED TO WATCH GIRLY MOVIES! Me and daddy can go downstairs when mommy wants to watch a movie like that. So now daddy is making burgers and I'm waiting on dinner. Of course mine will be cereal while they feast on homemade burgers and fries. Sometimes being a baby just stinks. Well that's all for today. Maybe I will have something exciting to write tomorrow *wink wink*
