Wow It's Been A Week!

So it's been a week since I blogged. We made it Daddy's graduation and I did ok in the car. I did get a little whiny when no one was paying attention to me, but hey who doesn't? It was a little crowded in the room where daddy graduated but nothing would have stopped us from seeing him graduate. We were so proud of daddy but at the same time we were ready to come home. My daddy will never know what he means to me! Way to go Dad! Check out the pictures one is daddy receiving his certificate and other one is me and daddy with his cool new badge! So daddy ended up working last Friday night, yep one night at home then he was gone again. But at least this time he was only gone a few miles up the road and not hours away. We had a really long weekend with daddy which was great. Saturday we had dinner at our house for daddy's mom and sister and of course Devin. Devin and I even wore matching shirts! I had fun playing with Aunt Shellie and Devin. Aunt Shellie even danced around and made me laugh. Sunday daddy decided to take mommy out to lunch by himself. I was ok with that I figured I could spend some time with Granny but they tricked me and took me to Aunt Shellie's instead. That's ok though I had a great time. She has a really big tv and we watched Sesame Street! Boy big bird was really BIG! Of course I had fun with Devin too. He was so excited that I was there he didn't even want me to take a nap. Monday when mommy woke up she didn't feel good. Daddy had been getting sick but we figured it was allergies. Nope...it was a chest cold and he gave it to mommy. Daddy was so excited to have a Monday off so he could go to Story time with us but mommy woke up sick and we couldn't go. What a bummer. Oh well. Two sick parents is no fun. I thought at least I can go stay with my granny, so mommy waited til lunch time and decided she needed to get some rest so maybe she would start feeling better so she called Granny. I was getting so excited, yes I'm about to leave these sick people and play, well guess who else was sick? Yep my granny is sick too. It's Thursday now and mommy is much better other than that annoying cough, but my granny is still pretty sick. So this week has been tough. Nothing is right. We sit at home all day and I only see Mommy and Daddy. Not that they are boring, but geez four days of nothing but them can get old. We did manage to go walking with Aunt Sue today, and that was nice. We stayed out for a while just walking and talking. I'm not sleeping to much at night or during the day. In fact I've cut out almost all of my naps. I'm down to about 30 minutes a day! Last night I managed to stay up til 1 am. Then I got back up at 3 then again at 6. Mommy isn't too happy with my sleeping pattern but what can she do? I'm just a baby. So today I'm technically 7 months old. And you know what that means? Aunt Sharon and Uncle D bought me something. So what did I get this time? An awesome book called Ten Little Fish. I recommend that you buy it. It's so good. I think mommy has read it to me like 10 times already today! It's my new favorite! Ok I guess that's all for now. Daddy is gonna have another Graduation Dinner this weekend so I'm sure I will have something to talk about later.
