Monday with Mommy

Ah it's Monday again. That means daddy is gone but it also means Story time! I love me some story time. And today despite the fact we woke up late we had a great time at Story time. I even met a new friend today. Her name is Abby and she is a month older than me. She and I had belly time today and I loved being able to see someone while I was playing. She and I are both learning to sit up by ourselves. We played, looked at books, and listened to stories with our mommies. I think mommy enjoyed story time too because she got to meet someone new too (Abby's mommy). When we left there we went to Granny and Harold's for a little while then mommy brought me home for my nap. I didn't get to sleep very long because the phone woke me up. When I woke up mommy took me for a walk, and boy did I enjoy it today. The wind was blowing and I love the wind! I'm also learning how to wave so I practiced that while I was being pushed in my stroller. After we had been at Granny's for a little while me, mommy, Aunt Sue, Will, and Jamie went for a long walk. While we were walking we saw Mrs. Patsy, Austin, and then we saw Miss Barbara our neighbor. It's nice seeing so many people everyday. When we got back to Granny's house Jeri held me til I fell asleep then mommy put me back in my stroller and pushed me home. Now it's close to midnight and I think I might decide to go to bed soon. I've been a little fussy tonight and mommy needs a break. I tried to tell her that my gums are hurting but since I can't talk communicating is kind of hard. I've got two teeth on the bottom but I think the ones on the top are starting to try to break through. Geez I need a break from teething and so does mommy. Well that's all for tonight. I going to go try to get some sleep while my gums are numbed. Oh in case you are counting down too...we've only got 3 more days til daddy graduates!
