And we're off...

Let me fill you in on the latest news around our house. Where should I start? Oh I know...I can crawl now. And I'm pretty fast too. Especially when it involves something I'm not supposed to be doing. Granny and Harold bought me a tunnel last night and a tent. I love crawling through it, but I let my Granny (or Gigi that's what I call her) go first. We've been over here a whole week now. Last Monday night mommy realized the house was really hot even though she cut the air on. Well guess what? Our air conditioner got struck by lightning. Mr. Curt came out to fix it but it's going to be a while. Since I break out in a heat rash everything I go home I just stay with Granny and Harold. Mommy is a little homesick but she's doing better. I miss my toys back home and I miss my room and all the things mommy and I do there but this is only temporary...I hope. I've been battling a really bad cold since we've been here. This is my first real cold. My nose won't stop running, and my eyes are all red. Being sick stinks. I was so sick Saturday that mommy wouldn't even let me go to Abby's 1st birthday party. Abby must not have been too mad because she sent me a cupcake. Thanks Abby. Now today is mommy's birthday. We haven't done anything special. Just another day. I sure hope my birthday is better than this! Well it's getting close to nap time. Guess I'll try to get some sleep and give mommy a break (maybe that can be my gift to her!). Blog ya later :)
